A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all custom orders. Custom orders must be given in writing by mail, email, or fax.

Gift certificates can be purchased for any amount and can be used towards any in-stock or custom item as well as postage. Gift certificates are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.

BROKEN OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE If you receive broken or damaged merchandise, save the box and call your local shipping office. They will give you claim processing instructions. Please notify our office immediately for claim processing assistance.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED Items may be exchanged or refunded if notified within 7 days of receipt. Custom made and personalized items can not be returned unless they are defective, or there has been an error on our part. Soiled or worn items cannot be returned unless defective. Please Note: Christmas gifts CAN be returned after the Holidays.

SHOE RETURN POLICY Shoes may be returned for a refund or size exchange if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please be sure to have your teacher check fitting of shoes before wearing or returning Soiled or worn items cannot be returned unless defective. Please make sure that shoes are returned in the same condition as received. Return shoes in their plastic bag with laces folded and placed together in the toe of one shoe. The following charges will be added for improper returns. Plastic shoe bag missing: $1.00 Shoes returned laced: $1.00

EXCHANGE POSTAGE There is a minimum postage charge of $3.50/airmail or $5.00/priority for exchanges. Be sure to specify which method to ship. If not specified, exchanges will be shipped priority mail.
