John Wood has been in Blue Heelers since the very beginning.

He lives in Ringwood, which is fairly close to Melbourne where Blue Heelers is filmed.

He has stared in many other T.V shows such as: Rafferty's Rules, Power Without Glory, The Last Bastion, The Challenge, The Flying Doctors, Dearest Enemy, All Together Now, and of course Blue Heelers.

He has also done many theatre roles like Lisa McCune: Twelfth Night, Cherry Orchard, The Crucible, Away, Chess, Love Letters, How to Succeed in Business, and Diving for Pearls.

He has made two films as far as I know: Dogs in Space and Mullaway.
