I placed an ad in the pen-pals section and she was the very first one to reply. I am really glad that she did. I have ask her for help many, many times and she is always there with a helping hand.
I have gotten mail from other people also, I write to Denise (daughter in N.J.) Kathy, Karen, George (son), Janet (daughter), Tracie (daughter), Bruce, Bridey, Rainbow, _Rexy, Ron, Rex, Donna, Mary, Smoky4, NVKid and other people that I work with.
My e-mail list has grown since I started this, but, way too many to list here, I just want to say thanks and "HI" to all of you that I e-mail now.
And, Bobbie she spent many hours telling me where I was supposed to go and what I was to do when I finally got there.
She was a little lady, but, she was MY MOM. I used to call her "my littlest mudder", she didn't like it but, I did it anyhow. What I wouldn't give to be able to say that to her today.
You may think this is morbid but, my mom donated her body to a school in Ohio for researchers to check out things on people who had died. They in return would cremate her body and after they were done they would send me her ashes.
This was to have lastest a year and a half, a long time for me to wait. I have those ashes in a beautiful vase with a lid, it sits on a table in my front room, I can talk to her whenever I want, even though she doesn't hear me anymore. But, then again, maybe, she does..:-)
He works in a nursing home for the elderly. He makes that long trip every two weeks, that would drive me crazy but, he loves it.
As you can tell, I honestly think he is a wonderful person. You just don't have many friends like Tim and Bobbie.
9-3-98 I have to slip in here for a few minutes.
I have been pretty sick for about a week now, Tim has gone back to Kentucky but, he has called me every day to see how I am doing. I told you that he is one heck of a guy. I thank my lucky stars every day for the friendship of Bobbie and Tim, they are the greatest.
