Victor is training Cara for the 2000 Olympics
- He has feelings for her though,
and has trouble keeping them in check
- She is a Freshman at CSU
- Is involved with her writing
instructor Bryce Hartland, and in the second episode
("The Rivals", Monday April 13th), a short

humiliating her
- In the third episode ("On
Your Marks...", Thursday August 6th) though, things
have cooled down, and he comes to see her at the big
gymnastics meet against CSU's biggest rival
- With the pressure on, and corrupt
judging, she manages to score just high enough on her
final vault to put CSU over the top to win the meet
- After Bryce's overdose, she begins
to lose her head
- Laurie Fortier, who plays Cara, is
herself equally as much an actress as she is an
athlete--she was the goalie on her Flintridge Prep
Varsity soccer team, and always makes sure she balances
acting and sports.
- She has appeared in a few movies
and TV shows, including the 1996 movie "To Gillian
on Her 37th Birthday" as Cindy, (with Claire Danes,
also of Polish Wedding (with Adam Trese)); 1993's Running
the Halls, and 2000's Dean Quixote and The In Crowd (as
Annie and Kelly, respectively). She has also guest
starred on Sliders as Nicky.
- For any further updates on Laurie
Fortier, please check out the updates page.
Character Premise (from ABC.com): Women
gymnasts normally hit their peak in their mid-teens, but Cara is
so gifted, Victor still thinks she can make the 2000 Olympics.
But during their intense training sessions, he will have to learn
to keep his romantic feelings for her in check.

- Although only a freshman, Milo
took over from Dempsey (a sophomore) as the top runner at

about it however, and agrees to help train Dempsey for
the relay final

"Gwen Sheridan"/Audrey
Wasilewski
- Gwen is one of the lesser-known characters of
Push (if that's possible); she is left off all official
cast lists, but is shown in the opening credits.

compete in any sports.
- She likes Dempsey and tries to help him to win
against Milo, by supplying him with drugs, as well as
giving him the laxative to slip into Milo's drink.
- Gwen is extremely jealous of Dempsey and Nikki,
and wants Dempsey for herself
- Audrey Wasilewski is one of the lesser known
members of the cast, but as I've been informed, she has
an extensive theatre backround. Among her projects were

"Scott Trystan"/Eddie
Mills
- Scott is a freshman swimming star, with a lot of
problems on his mind
- The writers had a lot of trouble with this
character
- Originally, and for the first two episodes, he
was supposed to have contracted AIDS from ... being gay,
which is the reason he broke up with Erin, for fear of
infecting her, and because she's...not his type
- But the chemistry between Eddie and Maureen
Flannigan (who plays Erin) was so good, they changed
their minds, and decided that Scott is straight, and
broke up with Erin because he was worried about infecting
her with the AIDS virus which he got infected with after
having unprotected sex with a woman during freshman
orientation
- Now the writers have made up their minds, and
changed the sub-plot two episodes in (and slightly
screwed up the continuity of the show), Scott really
wants Erin back, but just as friends
- He wants to have back everything he had before he
contracted HIV, but can't
- However, after getting tested, he discovered he
is not positive, and tries to get back with Erin, but at
this point she is too interested in Tyler
- Useless Fact: either Eddie or Scott has a small
tattoo of a sun on his right ankle
- Eddie Mills, who plays Scott, moved from North
Carolina to California five years ago, in pursuit of an
acting career, with no connections, and having to sleep
on a family acquaintance's couch
- Eddie shares the same birthday
(December 30th) with fellow cast members Jason Behr and
Maureen Flannigan
- He did a series of guest starring roles on Full
House as "Arthur Sharkey" (in "A Date with
Fate"), and one or two on Saved by the Bell; as well
as appearing on Clueless as David (in "Dance
Fever"), Sliders as D. E. R. I. C. (in "State
of the A.R.T.), and Ally McBeal as Clinton Gil (in
"Cro-Magnon")
- He also did a few independent films and pilots
for not-picked-up TV shows; including Heartwood, Born
Into Exile, XXX's and OOO's, The Lazarus Man, and Runaway
Home.
- He has also appeared in some local theater,
including The Skin of Our Teeth and The Diary of Anne
Frank.
- Eddie co-starred in a movie called "Dancer
Texas, Population 81", and appeared in the TV movie
(on ABC's Wonderful World of Disney) "Sabrina Goes
to Rome", based on the TV series "Sabrina The
Teenage Witch," as Paul. He also appeared in the TV
movie The Tempest, and appeared in Dawson's Creek guest
starring as Ty(son) Hicks for four episodes.
- Eddie recently starred in the ABC show Wasteland,
which, ironically enough, was also cancelled by ABC after
three episodes!!! He played Vandy, a bartender in New
York.
- Eddie has since appeard in the movie Splendor
Falls and the Vh1 TV movie special "At Any
Cost" with Maureen Flannigan
- For any further updates on Eddie
Mills, please check out the updates page.
Character Premise (from ABC.com): Scott
won a bronze medal in swimming at the 1996 Olympics, but now he
thinks he's been handed a death sentence - a case of HIV after
unprotected sex with a woman during freshman orientation.
Determined to keep his fears a secret, while he waits to find out
the truth, he refuses to become emotionally involved with anyone,
including Erin.
