ROGER FRONTENAC
(Vessel Captain of French Navy)
that studied NOSTRADAMUS in 1950
and discovered... |
In 1950 Roger FRONTENAC ( CAPTAIN in the FRENCH NAVY ) an expert
DECIPHERER of military codes, published a book with the title:
" La Clef secrŠte de Nostradamus " by Les Editions Denoel - Paris
Studying some parts of the Nostradamus's " Letter to C‚sar " and
" Letter to King Henri II ", he had the convintion that there
should be one OR MORE KEYS in this two messages , clearly sent
to an Interpreter in the future and maybe a future's King .
R.F. analized quatrains in the past with precise storical date and
certain astronomic datation and no ambiguous interpretation.
With patient and methodical work he assumed and rebuilt two KEYS:
( A ) A 1ø Key for reorganization of the unsettled quatrains .
( B ) A 2ø Key useful to find the DATE of the events in the q., that
in his opinion should arrive until the year 3797 (As M.N. said)
He divided the quatrains in three separate sections, that
corresponded to the dates of their respective pubblication :
1ø SECTION: Centuries I, II, II and 53 quatrains of the IV C.= 353 q.s
2ø SECTION: 47 last q. of C. IV, V VI completes & 53 of C.VI = 289 q.s
3ø SECTION: Centuries VIII, IX and X with all of it's quatr.s= 300 q.s
Several tests for the fluency of this decription keys made by R.F.,
made Him think that the " Legis Cautio " in VI.100 and quatrains
I.01 and I.02 should be considered OUT OF THE TEXT .
The length of the cription of the 1ø and 2ø KEYS made him think
that there should be a MNEMONICAL LITERARY KEY WITH A SENTENCE with
a complete meaning .
Studying the the ciphers of the ( A = Mixage of unsettled
quatrains ) R.F. had absolutly NO GOOD result .
Studying the CIPHERS of the ( B = Mixage of DATES ) and replacing
CIPHERS with LETTERS following various decription methods , R.F.
obtained this letters that separated form words: A Quatrain written
in LATIN !( What an emotion R.F. had to obtain this after 395 years !):

The Translation was made by Maurice Gar‡on of the Acad‚mie Fran‡aise :
(( With Fidelity I took inspiration of what the ordinary people...
call KABBALAH, and I infused it in living writings, but condensed
in a secret form.The predictions,made in weeks of years are hiden,
and are destined to those that believe in the DIVINE GRACE.
Nostradamus has hiden the Divine Law under a STONE . * ))
But then, as many could observe, I can say to You that at this
point Roger FRONTENAC put all Nostradamus quatrains quatrains in a
very ordered way, that unfortunately did not resisted to the Passage
of Time, and revealed to be another fragile Glass Key. ( But as every
honest reader, we should conclude this was really a serious One !).
NOTE: even Roger FRONTENAC himself was not satisfied of his findings,
because even if this method worked well for XVI century, after year
1600 there is a small time gap that tends to become greater in the
XVII and XVIII siecles to become later an absolutly erratic mess.
R.F. thought that there should be a progressive factor for slight
correction for years 1600-1719, and that later should be used another
unknown BIG correction system that should be based on the misterious
letters : " H , D , M , P " ?.

Otherwise could mean DOMUS MOROZZO, a MANSION in TURIN (City in
Northern Italy), where was found (in 1922: during great disputes
between Mussolini and the King) a STONE in a UNDERGROUND CELLAR,
this particular Stone contained a truly Nostradamic Message...
* 866d (ROIS)= Maybe the Homeland's Altar in Rome, that is in
Venezia Sqaure, just in the middle of Rome !...
Maybe under a Via dei Fori Imperiali Avenue, there COULD BE a tomb,
that could have (as many do) the inscription D.M., and inside this
could be hiden inside the HEBREWS AMENORAH (The 7-9 ? Arms Chandelier)
that was plundered from SOLOMON TEMPLE IN JERUSALEM, by the Roman
Legions of Emperor TITUS in the year A.D. 70 . After five centuries,
the Barbarians plundered ROME, and probably * the (now again) Sacred
Chandellier (because Romans, by the way, had became Christians), and
probably was hiden in an underground structure, as a SHAFT, and then
covered with a heavy marble stone (with a COLUMN left inside a WELL !)
* But the leyend said it was thrown into RIVER TIBER, where it should
still be laying under sand and slime in the bottom of the river bed,...
... I don't believe this, because, honestly, it is not very deep waters,
...but I have seen many employees working around the riverbed, near
the Roman Ghetto, making an earth dike, putting pipes, excavating...
they said:... is only in order to improve the plumbing of the Hospital
to the Tiberine Island... well I don't know... I often watch this work !

FIRST STAGE CONCLUSION :
From this LATIN QUATRAIN (obtained by R.F.) we can conclude :
1ø) The NEED for a Kabalistic System for deciphering of the most
vague , extrange , multi-meaning and rethorical quatrains (60%).
( As an example: I.41 , II.62 , VIII.66 , IX.07 , IX.81 ecc.)
2ø) Probably an easy example given by M.N. in order to find a KEY
should be present in a STONE, a grave's one or a MEMORIAL-LAPID,in
some part of the Europe visited by M. Nostradamus,or by his sons .
3ø) The decripted text obtained with this Key from the quatrains
should be very expanded, as if quatrainS had it's own life, and
maybe ... changing the decription number you could obtain another
text, with good statistical meaning to be truthful and predictive.
!!! THIS BRINGS WATER TO OUR MILL !!! ( Italian Said )

RETURNING TO OUR 1-5-5-5 METHOD :
*( This STONE could be the DOMUS MOROZZO LAPID ?,in the north-west
Italian city of Turin ,visited by M.N. in 1556 ,( Proof available),
that could be mentioned by M. Nostradamus himself in q. VIII.66 ).
In it Italian Author R. BOSCOLO found a SPIRAL-CLOCKWISE method
for decription of the quatrains ( see q. IX.07 ), that R.B. has NOT
explained in public (see q. VI.93),but that We (OCR & GRF) now know.
( Because we have studied the extractions present in R. Boscolo's
books with some special Police's computer programs that we have ).
( BUT THIS IS NOT A KABALISTIC METHOD ---> So it's not valid !)
In 1991 the Italian Author O. Cesare RAMOTTI found a kabalistic
method for extraction of letters from this lapid,that uses a pattern
1-5-5-6 ( with slight change ) and obtained an easily decripting
and very interesting text that is : I-T-A-L-I-A-H-A-S-E-R-V-O-....
( Italy has Servant ...)
We USED to send by Postal-Mail a Floppy-Disk with a demo-program
to show it, that O.C.R. named : LAPIDE.EXE .
In 1992, O.C.R. developed a computer program that seems able to
decrypt a lot of quatrains, following a Kabbalistic pattern:
1-5-5-5-1-5-5-5-1-5-5-5-1-5-5-5-1-5-5-5 from the begining of each
verse and then stepping one letter ( another 4 times ):...
in this wa,y Ottavio Cesare Ramotti managed to...
OBTAIN 32 LINES WITH A MAXIMUN OF 20 LETTERS PER DECRYPTION !
( This makes this method qualify for THIRD point of CONCLUSIONS:
greeat expansion of the very-very condensed originbal one !)
O. Cesare RAMOTTI named it: TELAIO.EXE .
He presented his method in several T.V. Programs: MISTERI *,
(Italian TELEVISION RAI-2, 1995), and in January 1996: TENERA E'
LA NOTTE, now He wrote an article published for a Newspaper: SUN .
(* With the presence of French Author Jean Charles DE FONTBRUNE ).
You can make Yourself a Cardboard Model to have full understanding
of WHAT TELAIO.EXE exactly DOES with a QUATRAIN ...
You could imagine that you have a white paper, in which you draw
two concentric circles with a radious of almost 15 centimetres the
inner one, and 15+1 cm the outer . Then You must draw ( carefully
measured 4,5ø or 2,25ø) 80 or 160 (better) empty squares around it .
( It could resemble a Casino's Roulette Dish, or a Gear, or... )
In this empty squares you must write the quatrain as you can read
it in the original book of M.N. ( But following some secret rules !)
Then you should make a cardboard gear-wheel with 4 squares teeth,
(some will be 3-square teeth that must have radious of the outer circle.
The First tooth MUST LET UNCOVER FIRST Square, but it must cover
squares from 2nd to 5th,then 6ø SQ.must be UNCOVERED, 7ø- 10ø covered,
11TH SQ. UNCOVERED, 12ø-15ø covered, 16ø AND 17ø UNCOVERED, and then
18th-21th covered, SQ. 22 UNCOVERED, 23th-26th covered, SQ. 27TH
UNCOVERED ,28th-31th covered, 32TH & 33TH UNCOVERED,...
... this 1-5-5-5 sequence will be repeated other 3 times .
READ THE UNCOVERED LETTERS --> THAT IS THE RAW TEXT OF TELAIO.EXE !
( That you had written ) ( You must separate the letters to
( in advance in the empty ) find words or portions of words )
( roulette's squares ... ) ( That then You should complete with
( ... of course !!! ) some letters that are lacking )
Final decription is difficult and time-consuming (Day for a Quatrain),
but O.C.R. has made a computer program: VOCAP.EXE that searches
words in the sometimes RAW and savage text extracted by TELAIO.EXE .
You should cover the 80 SQUARES ROULETTE with a Wheel-Gear
with TEN 4-square covering teeth and FIVE 3-square covering teeth...
( Or As I prefer to say: TEN one-square negative teeth and FIVE
two-square negative teeth , each one pointed in it's middle by
15 lines that make an angle of 24 degrees ( A 15 points star )).
If You use a 160 SQUARES ROULETTE you must cover it with a
cardboard Gear-Wheel with 30 windows: twenty (20) one-square
negative teeth and TEN (10) TWO SQUARE WINDOWS (12 degrees).
I can send to anybody that wants to study this method, four
developed and translated quatrains: P.001 , I.22 , II.62 , IX.81.
... and,... if you are lucky, I could even send to you a Cardboard
Astrolabe's (rear) and the explanation of the Astrolabe's front
"Dance of Alidales" ...the Sinusoidal Method that O.C.R. uses to put
in order the quatrains in WAVES and later in BRANCHES of a tree .
