Enhanced television can include anything from web content that relates directly to a television program to creating a series of pages that can make viewing any televsion program more entertaing.

TVML can also be used to enhance web content. Placing a television image in a webpage can easily transform some stupid page into a more bareable page, but if tvml is used without thought as to what the purpose of the page is, it can turn an average page into just another stupid page.
