MIS is privately owned and operated by Michael and Valerie Senior.

They started the company after the loss of a loved one whose ashes were to be scattered at sea.

Because they own a boat and live close to the Pacific in South Orange County, California, it was not too difficult to ensure their loved one's wishes were carried out with care. However, they realized that others may not be so lucky.

So you can rest assured that MIS will aim to carry out your loved one's wishes for burial at sea with the same dignity and respect as they would a family member.

Scattering takes place at least 3 miles off the coast of Dana Point, California in accordance with the regulations of the State of California and permits are sent to the appropriate juristiction.

We are state licensed and invite any questions you may have.
