 IBP Capiz bags awards in Cebu City convention By Jason Billones ROXAS CITY -- The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Capiz Chapter, under the leadership of Atty. Lolita A. Quisumbing, bagged awards during the 8th National Convention held last April 26-29 in Cebu City. Quisumbing, in a press release sent to Sun.Star Capiz, bared these awards. The major awards were "Most Outstanding Legal Aid Lawyer for Western Visayas" with a cash prize of P 10,000; "Most Outstanding Chapter President for Western Visayas"; and "Most Outstanding IBP Chapter for Western Visayas". A special award won by IBP, Capiz Chapter was the "Special Citation as Rapporteur" for the topic discussed at the Convention on legal implication of artificial insemination, human cloning and sex change.
