Annual reports are one source for finding information on an individual company. Click on the file cabinet (above) to see a list of what we have in-house. Annual reports can also be ordered on-line from the Public Registry Annual Report System, if you can't find the report on-line or at the company's own website.Keep in mind there is no standard for reporting information, i.e. they can include whatever facts make their companies look good to their shareholders. Sometimes they include financial tables though, which compare statistics over a five to ten year period which can be helpful. |

The Securities and Exchange Commission requires publically traded companies to publish financial information about themselves to their investors. These quarterly and annual reports, 10-Ks and 10-Qs, are a more accurate view of corporate finances than annual reports. |
