If you've made it here you are probably a "Low Carber" or interested in finding out what it's all about. A few months ago a co-worker of mine introduced me to a book titled "Protein Power" by Dr. Eades and Eades
The Basis of the plan is to
increase your protein intake while decreasing your carb and sugar intake. When you achieve
this you will dramatically change your insulin level and inturn shed those pounds !
Not only will you look better but you will have more energy than you ever have before.
When following this or any other plan it's very important you consume an adequate amount
of water.
