THE DROID EXPANSE

EPISODE 4

With the Chief Medical Officer, Commander Inez James, and Lt. Dvorak Aiz, now safely back onboard the USS Highlander, the crew of the Highlander turn their attention to the Federation infiltration of the Saesneg Homeworld, with the introduction of droids with Holo imaging devices. Speculation runs riot among the crew, with everyone having a different opinion. Commander Inez James, still comatosed in Sickbay is visited by her brother, and using a special link the two have, manages to awaken the Chief Medical Officer. A new crew member boards the Highlander, to assist with the growing holographic crew, Lt. Commander K'Targ, a Klingon Starfleet Officer. No sooner is he only board than he is set upon by Sian, the Holographic IA.

AS the crew continues to examine the remains of the two capture droids, mishaps and teriorist acts occur throughout the ship. The Highlander is boarded by an unknown group who effectively render half the crew unconcious, while the rest of the crew, attempt to meet up with the USS Cleopatra. Suddenly the Highlander is caught in a singularity and on the brink of being pulled into a Black Hole. Lt Commander Sidney James, stretched to the limit, devirts all available power including life support to the warp drive and slowly the USS Highlander is able to move itself from the singularity. Leaving Starfleet bouys in their wake, the Crew of the Highlander make their way to Starbase 10, for some well deserved rest and relaxation. Or is it.
