With control of the unknown space station being handed over to the Highlander and Starfleet, the crew set about to discover what mysteries await them.

As the crew exhaust all avenues to gain access to the station, some crew suddenly begin dropping with a mysterious marking. Sickbay is pushed to it's limits as the CMO and her staff battle to find a cause and a cure.

Meanwhile Lt. Benelek and Lt. Hiland search the Serenna Libraries for any reference to the Station, and perhaps a key to it's access. Lt. Lang continues to explore the outer hull of the station, looking for a hole in the shields.

In his unconscious state, Commander Crusher becomes aware of a mysterious group of aliens / beings / people / entities who attempt to communicate with him.

An away team is successfully beamed onto the station,

but several members soon succumb to an unknown force as the others attempt to gain control.

Lt Lang collapses under a psychic attack, another casualty of uncertain powers. As he begins to recover, he is aware of the missing crew members lingering within his mind.......
