The Crew of the USS Highlander await the arrival of the rest of Janus Fleet, while they try to access the Station.

With Commander Crusher still unconcious, the crew board the station only to be attacked by the Zahn Pirates.

Taking the battle to the Zahn, the crew are amazed as the station unleases a chronoton beam that traps the Highlander and destroys the Zahn raiders.

The rest of the fleet arrives with new crew members for the Highlander, however, as Captain James prepares for his first meeting as the commanding Officer of the Fleet, he is mysteriously beamed away by unknown aliens.

Aboard the Station, the Captain is confronted by group of Tkon guards, whom have spent the last 800 years watching and protecting the Serenna, from their vantage point in space. With only four remaining, the old Guards are dieing and charge

Captain Connare James with the protect of their Children. After his agreement, the Tkon warriors leave the realm of the living, but not before destroying much of the electronic systems on board the Station. Slowly the staff of Janus Fleet bind together to once again get the station operational. Sadily, Lt.Commander Sidney James, the Chief Engineer of the Highlander departs to Starfleet Academy to undertake a lecturers position.
