Colorado Mountain Passes

Passes have long provided travelers with a route by which to cross Colorado's high mountain ranges. Low is of course relative when discussing Colorado for a number of our mountain passes take the traveler two miles and more above sea level.

In order to correctly complete the following puzzle all you need do is to locate the two Colorado towns given as clues, then follow the road between those towns to locate the pass one crosses when driving from one town to another.
