Final Fantasy VIII

Final Fantasy 8 has the potential to be one of the best most exiting games in the Final Fantasy series. This game has some of the most advanced graphics and gameplay I have ever seen in an RPG.
It has a unique magic system. There is no MP involved, instead you absorb spells from your enemy's and you have a limited number of times you can use each spell. There are no summons but there is GF(Guardian Force) which is pretty much the same thing as summons.
The battle's are almost exactly the same as in Final Fantasy 7. You attack the enemy and it dies, the enemy attacks you you get pissed off and kill it. There are still the little time bars for when you are able to act. One of the only problems with the battles is it tells you how much HP you curently have but it doesn't tell tou your max HP.
The music...
I am very dissapointed with Final Fantasy 8's music. All it is is a rip off of the FF7 music. All they did was make sound more like techno and it gets extremly annoying very fast.
Overall it is a pretty good game but it has a few bugs wich i hope the producers will squeeze out before it hits the market but none the less it will almost certainly sell very quickly considering the succes of final fantasy 7.
