"Forgetum's"

almost too easy!

2 egg whites
2 cups sugar
1 cup pecans or walnuts
1/2 tsp.vanilla flavoring

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Beat egg whites till stiff.
Continue beating while adding sugar.
Then fold in nuts and vanilla
Drop by spoonfuls on sprayed cookiesheet.
Place in oven and TURN OVEN OFF
and FORGETEM for about 30-45 minutes.
Thus the name-Forgettums! Delicious!
(makes about 48-60)

There won't be any left! So be prepared to make a batch regularly!
