<p>WHAT: American Oceans Campaign President Ted Danson and Executive Director
Robert Sulnick will be in Sacramento to talk to legislative leadership and
members about legislation essential to a healthy coast. </p>
<p>Bills to be discussed include those to reduce coastal pollution, ensure the
safety of beaches for swimming, replenish depleted fisheries and assure that the
public continues to have easy access to the coastline. </p>
<p>Senator Alpert will join Mr. Danson at the press conference, along with other
authors of several other high priority bills for the vitality of California's
coast: </p>
