Due to illness I have been away from indexing for sometime. I am not caught up but working on them again. Please be patient with me. I want to keep genealogy records FREE for everyone.

This record also contains some records of Esmeralda and Nye Counties information. The tri-counties were all one before 1911. There are records of deaths that happened in other places and buried in these counties as well as deaths that occurred in these counties and buried other places. I've also started to include Hawthorne births that died and were buried other places when I find them.

Search Suggestions:

Put the surname you are searching for in the window and search that page.
2. Always look for more than one entry in the Obituaries and in the Index.
3. Look for different spellings of surname.
4. Look to see if the entry may have the surname and given name reversed.
5. When searching for women use married name(s).
6. If all fails email cactusgem.
Where ever the state is missing from a town or county it should be taken for granted it is in Nevada.
