      General Information :

 The purpose of the I-134 is to establish to the satisfaction of the Consular Offices at the time of application
for a Visa, that the Fiance(e) is not likely to become at any time a public charge. To establish that the U.S.
citizen is aware of the Food and Stamp Act, and the Social Security Act, and that the sponsor is willing and
and financially able to support the Fiance(e),  and that the I-134 is binding for three ( 3 ) years after the entry
of the Fiance(e) to the United States.

                  Tip : Read both the OF-167 and the intructions that are included along with the I-134, as 
                   there are some slight differnece between the two. This may be an advantage !!!
