        Any application other than for a replacement must be based on your pending application for adjustment        
        under (c)(9).  Page 3 of the Instructions.

       For the " Eligibility Catagory ",the K-1 Non-Immigrant Fiance(e) of a U.S. citizen falls under (c)(9)....   
       Question #16 on the application.

    Required items to include with the application :

         I-765   Signature Card

         Form I-94 Departure Record   Photo Copy of This Form [ front and back ]  if available 

         ADITStyle Photos. 

     TIP:  The signature card also has a place to put a finger print. All we did was sign the card and submit it
              with the application.

     TIP:   The ADIT photos that were submitted were of the same ' M-378' type that were  submitted with
               previous applications in the K-1 process.

     TIP:   You should file this Application to the same location that you are filing your adjustment of status.

     TIP:   Be sure to include with this application the FC-029 photo copy form signed and dated, as you would
              when submitting any photo copy with any applicaiton.
