                     OF - 156K  Suppliment to Form OF-156

            General Information :

          The OF-156  in " duplicate " and a " single "  OF-156K, constitute the K-1 Visa Application.  
          The important thing is that these are to be completed before the interview. But make sure that you 
          DO NOT SIGN them.  They are to be signed in front of a Consular Official.    They are both very 
          easy to complete.

                                 Tip :  Take note of Part 34 of the Application.... its good for a chuckle !

                                 Tip :  For question #22  'Do You Intend to Work In The U.S.'  
                             We recorded:   " Possibly EAD " as there is a possibility of receiving 
                             work authorization when crossing the border for 90 Days.

                                 Tip :  For question # 25  ' Who will furnish financial support, including tickets '  
                             We recorded:  " The sponsor and myself . "
