Yes, I did it by surgical intervention, but that is not an easy way out.

It has been a demanding change in my lifestyle, just like any other diet I have tried. There are several things that I had to adapt to.

But, just look at the results. I am so happy. I want to tell everyone I see that there is a way to beat the fat.

If you are thinking about having weight loss surgery, I will tell you that if I had to do it all over again -- I would, in a heartbeat!
