International
Interviewing and Interrogation, LLC is a partnership of four experts
in the field of Verbal and Non-verbal Behavior Assessment, Interviewing,
and Elicitation. Together, the partners have over a hundred years of
experience in the practical application of their specialty, each of them
having one proven success after another around the world.
What's
unique about the program is twofold; first, what's presented to the
seminar attendee actually works, and it can be implemented immediately.
The techniques taught are those which have rendered successful closure to
"matters of sensitivity" over and over again by the very
individuals presenting the course. The importance of this cannot be
overstated, as the instructors are not "talking heads" lecturing
"theory" to an assembly of individuals who may be highly
accomplished in their own right.
The
second unique feature to the training is in its deliveryÖtwo instructors
at all times to ensure that the most advantageous student-instructor ratio
exists. The training regimen is highly interactive and very hands-on. All
the years of collective experience of these experts are literally packaged
and captured in an effective instructional environment, one which,
according to past course critiques, has already proven conducive for
experienced audiences, particularly in the legal and law enforcement
communities.
The
course includes numerous videos which are presented as both training aids
towards establishing an initial baseline of and for the audience, and, of
even more pivotal importance, as visual examples of the material being
taught. Through this method of instruction, the audience is, therefore,
put in a far better position to quickly absorb what's being discussed,
thus, shortening the learning curve.
There
are additional "unique" features to this very specialized
training which become abundantly clear in the course's aggregate. The
training is intended to be a dynamic approach at illustrating what the
average person "misses"Öand, importantly, what to do with it
in interfacing with people. Any professional who makes a living from
learning another person's "bottom line"Öbe it the legal
profession, or any other, should come see for themselves what they were
never taught in their formal education. Our main objective is that each
seminar attendee leave knowing a lot more about how other people are
"actually" interacting with them than when they arrived. After
all, to be forewarned is to be forearmed!
