How To Order
Except for paper copies, my publications are FREE.
I am offering Dimensional Press publications four ways:
1) You can DOWNLOAD them from my publication description page.
2) E-mail attachments (tell me what issue/s you want) (AOL doesn't handle attachments with the main text body).
3) Directly as a message to you by email.
4) As paper copies--
For DOTTY'S DIMENSIONS:THE PREFACE, DOTTY'S DIMENSIONS:OVERSEAS,
or DOTTY'S DIMENSIONS:CLOSER TO HOME--
USA: $2 for each issue you request.
North America, outside of USA: two IRCs for each issue you request.
Overseas: four IRCs for each issue you request.
For DOTTY'S DIMENSIONS or DOTTY'S DIMENSIONS CONTINUES, in USA: A legal-sized, self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) for each issue you request.
North America (outside of USA): A large, self-addressed envelope (SAE)
and one International Reply Coupon (IRC) for each issue you request.
Overseas: A large SAE and two IRCs for each issue you request.
If you would like several different paper copies of anything from Dimensional Press, just figure out what the cost would be in either stamps or IRCs, then send the equivalent in USA funds in cash, cheques, or money orders. Please write out any cheques or money orders to Dorothy M. Kurtz, not Dimensional Press.
