The car passes The Cigarette-Smoking Man, narrowly missing him.  The Cigarette-Smoking Man exhales smoke slowly.

Why oh why of all the times for Krycek to start being somewhat obedient does he choose such an inoppotune time to do so?  Oh the joy we could have had at CSM's demise.

Bringing back the Cancerman:  Considering what evil comes from the man it should be considered a crime.

Reckless driving:  Buzzing pedestrians is wrong.  Although I'm inclined to go light on Krycek since it was CSM he buzzed.
