General Punkesque Behavior

Being a Punk must mean never having to be tactful.  "Did you do it?"  Usually Mulder tries a little more finesse.

Interrupting Scully:  Again.  She was almost finished he could have allowed her to complete her sentence.

Criminal Activity

Mulder has an unusual method of executing a search warrant.  First, it appears he doesn't bother to get one.  Either that or he just magically obtained one from God knows where.  Secondly, he goes to the house alone prowling around in the dark.  I don't believe this is standard operating procedure.  Which would make this little excursion breaking and entering.
