If Mulder is going to insist that Scully sneak into a hospital room the least he can do is make sure that the faked clearance will fly. Mulder's lucky Scully didn't get arrested or something.
The sarcastic answer to Scully's inquiry about his knowledge of free radicals was not necessary. How many times has he asked Scully "hey what do you know about...<insert subject> and she never copped an attitude.
Sneaking out to Norway without telling Skinner can not be standard operating procedure.
