Mulder lets loose his aggressions on his favorite punching bag -Namely Krycek.

Mulder:  Oh, your buyer's a woman.

Jeraldine Kallenchuck:  Actually, you know, it's none of your damn business.

Mulder:  Actually you know it is my damn business because whatever you're selling is killing half a dozen sailors in a California hospital, which is why I'm gonna arrest you.

On what authority exactly is Mulder going to arrest her?  I wasn't even aware that Mulder had any jurisdiction outside of the United States.  I guess he was hoping that Ms. Kallenchuck wouldn't know that.

General Punkesque Behavior

Mulder sticks his hand in it again.  When will Mulder stop touching things without gloves when he has no idea whether or not the item is a potential health hazard?

Typical insensitive Mulder!  He sees a man on the floor of a house, covered in oil, and clearly in some kind of distress and what does Mulder do?  He pumps the man for information without at least calling an ambulance first.

Typical male sexist behavior:  Mulder sees the words J. Kallenchuck on the letterhead and he assumes that its a man's name.  When he goes to the address listed on the stationery he sees a woman sitting at a desk.  He assumes the woman is Kallenchuck's secretary.  Apparently it never occurred to him that he was actually speaking to J. Kallenchuck.

I wonder if Mulder was planning on filing an expense report for his trip to Hong Kong.  To the best of my knowledge Hong Kong is not part of the FBI's jurisdiction.

Okay, now Mulder tells Ms. Kallenchuck that he's going to arrest her.  Exactly on what authority is Mulder going to accomplish this?

Mulder's funny.  He of all people is going to lecture Krycek on how to treat one's partner?

Criminal Activity

Assault and Battery:  Once again Mulder uses Krycek as his own personal punching bag.  He should really work out his issues with Krycek.

Making death threats:  As usual Krycek is the victim of choice.
