Ouch! Gee that's a cheap shot. But as low a blow as that comment was Mulder does have a point. Actually, Mulder was rather well behaved in this episode.
As I mentioned before, that "he could be you" comment was a cheap shot. It was accurate to be sure but still a cheap shot.
It is customary to answer with some alacrity when one's supervisor is calling. Especially when you're supposed to be acting as said supervisor's eyes and ears.
Once again Mulder manages to make an impression by arriving at a meeting late.
