Or to quote Methos from the Highlander episode "Chivalry" "Talk about the blind leading the visually challenged." Mulder is so maladjusted he can't even manage one lousy date and he's supposed to help Holman win the woman of his dreams. Puh-shaw!
Typical Mulder! He drags Scully to the middle of nowhere (This time nowhere is Kroner, Kansas) and leaves out important details of the case.

Hanging up on Scully after she asked him when he last went on a date because he didn't want to answer the question: That's very mature. Not!
In an attempt to sidestep comments from Holman about how he looks at Scully, Mulder rapidly changes the subject in a way that is so not subtle.
