Fight Club

Mulder plays another guessing game instead of merely telling Scully what was so interesting about the case.

Scully:  Seven years?

Mulder:  Yeah, but they are not ... romantically involved if that's what you're thinking.

Scully:  Not even I would be so farfetched.

[The next slide shows that the two agents are in the same hospital room, with their matching injuries.]

Mulder:  You have any ideas, Scully, any thoughts?

Scully:  What I'm thinking, Mulder, is how familiar this seems.  Playing Watson to your Sherlock.  You dangling clues out in front of me one by one.  It's a game, and... and, as usual, you're, you're holding something back from me.  You're not telling me something about this case.

Mulder:  Hmm...

Just spill damn it!  Why does Mulder insist on playing these games?  Doesn't he tire of it already?

General Punkesque Behavior

As usual (as Scully so aptly pointed out) Mulder is holding back information and once again Scully has to guess at what it is.  Couldn't he just tell her what is so interesting to him?

Knowing what he knows about what happens around Betty and Lulu whenever they're in the vicinity of one another, standing in the middle of the street between the two of them was not a smart thing to do.  While I'm at it, why the hell was he just standing in the middle of the street anyway?

Criminal Activity

Although it was not shown on camera I know that Mulder broke into Bert Zupanic's apartment.
