Jenn: [clicking her tongue] Mm, how grotesquely egotistical of you. I bet you wish you hadn't made your first wish. Mulder: Yes, I do, since you butchered the intent of that wish so completely. And another thing-- I think you've got a really horrible attitude. I guess that comes from being rolled up in a rug for the last 500 years. [As Mulder wails at Jenn we see Skinner and several other agents now sitting in the conference area. Mulder doesn't notice.] Mulder: [continuing] But we're not all that stupid. We're not all chimpanzees with revolvers. I think there's another possibility here and that's just that you're a bitch. [Jenn indicates that Mulder should look behind him. He does. She disappears.] |
Now, now, now, just because you didn't like the way the wish was granted doesn't mean you have cause to call Jenn names.
Now exactly on what grounds was Mulder going to question Anson Stokes? It's all well and good to be curious as to why Anson Stokes doesn't want to talk to the police but as Scully pointed out, the events surrounding Anson Stokes is not exactly a crime. How exactly is he going to compel Mr. Stokes' cooperation.
Schwing? If I didn't know better I could have sworn that Mulder was in awe of Mr. Flanken and his large -er unit almost to the point of being jealous. But I could be wrong.
Sucker! After explaining to Leslie Stokes about how Anson got his wishes did Mulder really think that Leslie would give him the real object?
Mulder was right: He should have known that Jenn would have removed everyone on the planet when she granted him his wish for world peace. Conversely, he also should have known that she'd put everyone back as they were before he made the wish with no regard to his changed location when she undid the wish.
What exactly was that noise that Mulder made when Scully said she thought she examined an invisible body.
Mulder's lucky that Scully is Scully. Personally, I am not inclined to go over to a guy's house to watch "Caddyshack." I don't care how classic it is. Scully was right it is such a guy movie. And contrary to Mulder's assertions, we all know that if Scully invited him over to her house and put in "Steel Magnolias" (Blech! It may be a chick flick but this chick doesn't like it.) he'd be doing a hell of a lot of whining.
