PART II: Opening Acts
I actually had some paper with me for autographs just in case. I was prepared. I had borrowed my uncle’s expensive digital camera where you can view the picture in color on the camera right after it has been taken, before it’s even developed! Because I was afraid if I brought my old out of date camera the pictures wouldn’t come out. That had happened on my trip to Las Vegas before. I also had 3 pens just in case I lost one or one broke! You never know! I was also dressed nicely in case of a chance of meeting Michelle Kwan. Just a slight chance that it could happen you know! Normally I like wearing baggy stuff, but for Michelle Kwan I’ll do anything! I was wearing clothes that actually fit & were not oversized. Well since I had paper & writing utensils I decided to write down the skaters & order & some notes just for you guys! First on the ice was Elizabeth Manley. I had never really heard of her before and don’t remember much about her performance. But she seemed pretty strong and full of energy. Second on the ice were Tiffany and Johnny Stiegler. Tiffany looked so cute! I could see her cute little face from where I was sitting & she had her hair in 2 cute braids! They had some colorful costumes & the song they skated to was pretty cool. It was kind of like a hoe down but modernized so that it was corny. It had a nice beat and everything. Very nice performance & very cute! Great for the first two opening performances!
