Moose Hot Sausage 8 lb. ground moose meat 2 lb. ground pork 3 1/2 Tbsp. Garlic powder 1 Tbsp. Black pepper 2 Tbsp. Fennel seed 5 tsp. crushed red pepper 1 Tbsp. Sage 2 Tbsp. Onion salt 6 Tbsp. Paprika Mix all ingredients together until mixed well. Shape into patties. Can be frozen on waxed paper. Fry or bake until done. |
