SWA Webmaster Stan Chraminski led the group in a goal setting session to get the new season started. Stan covered the topics of success and had the group begin a success story page to list writing accomplishments. Then, we discussed several methods to think about goals, a main one being what would we want said about us at our "writing retirement party."

Stan then led the group through a discussion of the 7 W's questions to clarify and expand on our goals.
