My Introduction

This year I feel that I have grown in all areas and I am ready to begin my second year of High School. I have grown in the sense that I have learned how to take criticism and learn from my mistakes. I have learned how to handle two or three major assignments at once even is they are all for the same class. This year I learned about time management and how to use my time more wisely. I found out how much time was being used where and what I should eliminate or add to improve my schoolwork. I learned how to organize an effective schedule so that I can space assignments out which lets me do a better job. I have disciplined myself and I am looking to improve that skill more my sophomore year.

I feel that I have improved from eighth grade to ninth grade because this year in tenth grade I have gone from a college preparatory class to an honors class. I also feel that I am ready for a new challenge in my English class. My reading has improved most likely from the volume of books that I have read. Click here to go to my reading listMy viewing has improved also and I feel that when a presentation is given or a movie is played, I think that I pick up the information very well. I am going to keep a positive attitude and I know that I will be able to stay with any new challenges that come in my direction. I feel that I need to work on my writing skills the most. Last year my writing ability grew in my opinion very well but I am looking to improve even more to a personal standard that I set for myself. I have become a very hard worker and I am now able to handle anything that may present itself as a challenge this year.
