~MY ELLONE SHRINE~ SELPHIE: Welcome to my Ellone mini-shrine! Here, you'll get to read about the little-given info about her ^_^; REASONS WHY A SHRINE ABOUT HER? 1) She isn't as appreciated as the other characters. 2) She has a really good heart; she's not some evil person. 3) Hey, without her there wouldn't be a plot! 4) Without her (I mean, if she died on the airbase-thingie for example), there wouldn't be a way to stop Ultimecia. (er... did that make sense?) 4) Without her, Laguna wouldn't have a good excuse to stay in Winhill for those 6 months (of course... we all know the real reason is because he wants to stay with Raine ^_^) 5) Without her, Squall would never know his past. 6) Enough with the "without her"'s. Ellone's just a special person. OVERALL REASON? SELPHIE: Like I said, Ellone isn't that appreciated in the game. She should be more appreciated; she's the one who shaped up the plot! If she was never born, for instance, Laguna probably would've Winhill once he got better. That way, Squall wouldn't have been born ^^;; Well, if he was anyway and Ellone wasn't alive, then Squall probably wouldn't have went to an orphanage and.... n/m, you probably get my point. Overall, Ellone may not be well-recognized in the game, but she shapes up the plot. She's like the Aeris of FF8, lol! ^_^; INFO ON ELLONE...  

NAME: Ellone (last name...?)  AGE: She's 20-24 maybe.  HEIGHT: Who knowz? But most FF girls are short, sooo...  BIRTHPLACE: I'm guessing Winhill.  DESCRIPTION: Not much is really given about Ellone. She grew up in Winhill with Raine earlier in her life, but is sent to an orphanage with Squall after Raine dies. Ellone may seem like an ordinary girl, but she really has the ability to send people back to the past.

ELLONE'S PAST... SELPHIE: According to Laguna, Ellone was only 2 when her parents were killed. Raine then took Ellone and raised her; both becoming very good friends. Then when Ellone was probably 3 or 4 or 5, Laguna washed up on the shore and Raine saved him and took care of him for 6 months until he regained his health. He probably was gonna stay in Winhill to protect the town from all these monsters (because the men in town were away at war), too (even though the other townspeople didn't like him ^^;) But then Kiros comes to visit one day and talks to him about his dream of becoming a journalist. Blah-blah-blah... Laguna & Kiros overhear a conversation of Ellone & Raine (they were talking about Laguna ^_^). Blah-blah-blah... well, sometime after this, Ellone gets captured by Esthar soldiers. Laguna, of course, runs off in search of her, along w/ Kiros & Ward. Soon, after Laguna takes the job of an actor and such ^^;;;; they arrive at Esthar and find Ellone, who is being researched on by Professor Odine. Laguna returns Ellone back to Winhill, but he goes back to Esthar to get rid of the president, Sorceress Adel. Back in Winhill, Raine dies (I think from giving birth to Squall... but it doesn't actually say). Baby Squall & Ellone are then sent to an orphanage, and soon to the Kramer's orphanage. One day, Ellone suddenly "leaves". Actually, she's fleeing from Sorceress Ultimecia. So like at this time she's probably on the White SeeD ship. Really, not much is known about Ellone's past. The rest of her life pertains to running away from Ultimecia and sending Squall & Laguna back to the past to learn about each other. IF you want to know more... then play the game ^_^ RUMORS/LIES SELPHIE: Actually, the only bad comment I've heard about Ellone is that she was really dorky and too dependent on Squall. Hey, if you spent most of your life fleeing from a psychopath power-hungry sorceress and you weren't raised as a fighter (like Squall and everyone excluding Rinoa), would you be able to defend yourself? I mean, I know some of u peepz are saying, "Yeah! I'd use my power to send people back to the past!" It isn't that simple o.O that'd mess the path of time up @_@ So der she can't fight!
