Welded steel tube frame with aluminum skin. Nose cone, cycle guard front fenders, rear fenders and rear body are fiberglass. Engine cover is louvered aluminum. All openings in the side aluminum body panels feature rolled edges for aesthetics and increased strength. The Fraser USA Chassis does not include engine, transmission, wheels or tires. Other than these items, the car is complete. The suspension and wiring harness is installed and chassis assembly from the crate takes about 20 hours (first time, probably less than half that, the second time).
