peekb() Examine Memory Location

peekb() examines the memory location addressed by 'segment:offset'.
Returns: The value stored at the memory location 'segment:offset'.
A byte is returned.
Notes: If <dos.h> is included, peekb() is treated as a macro.
If <dos.h> is not included or #undef is used on it, the
function peekb() will be used.
