Wanne tweak youre firefox browser?

1. Type about:config into the address bar and hit return.

2. Alter the entries as follows (by double clicking each entry):

Set network.http.max-connections to 48

Set network.http.max-connections-per-server to 24

Set network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-proxy to 12

Set network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-server to 6

Set network.http.pipelining to true

Set network.http.proxy.pipelining to true

Set network.http.pipelining.maxrequests to 8. Any more and you may get banned from the site visited, as it may be viewed as DOS attack. Try a higher value say upto 32 but be prepared to lower the value if sites fail to load.

3. Lastly right-click anywhere and select New-> Integer.

Name it nglayout.initialpaint.delay and set its value to 0.
This value is the amount of time the browser waits before it acts on information it recieves.

If you’re using a broadband connection you’ll load pages 2-3 times faster now, even if a dial-up connection it will still be faster than before.

have fun!!

"My friends at school make fun of me. They call me ‘Brains’ but they also make fun of me because I'm small and ugly. They call me ‘The Ugly Dwarf.’ It hurt so much I wanted to kill myself.”

These were the words of 16-year-old Husam Abdu caught on March 24 at a checkpoint near Nablus with a heavy suicide bomb belt. Palestinian terrorists took advantage of the teen-ager, giving the boy 100 shekels to blow himself up near the soldiers.

A week earlier, Palestinian Authority officials accused Israel of fabricating the account of an 11-year-old Palestinian boy caught while trying to courier a bomb through an IDF checkpoint south of Nablus for a 5-shekel reward.

When much of the world media either ignored the story or accepted the Palestinian version of events – that IDF troops had planted the bomb on the child – many Israelis regretted that he was not kept in custody long enough to properly document the incident and make him available to the press.

A View from Ireland about Israel.
Mr. Liathain's column in the JPost hits the mark right on the head. He says..."The Arabs gave up their rights to the terms of the UN plan for the partition of Palestine the day they denounced the UN plan and attacked Israel. Thereafter, under international law, all bets were off. Israel won the wars of Independence, of 1956, of 1967, and of 1973. It had always been willing to make peace with its neighbors. It is not Israel's fault that it is still at war". So true..right after WW2 18 Arab nations were given their Independence from colonial Europe that had previously owned them lock stock and barrel. But when it was little Israel's turn, they all said No!

Iran insults the world
By bringing politics to the Olympics , Iran has done just what the Olympians are not supposed to do. The fiction that Arash Miresmaeili was overweight should be disregarded and he should be removed from all future international competitions. Iran should also be sanctioned and have its entire team suspended from the rest of this Olympics. And it should not be allowed into any future games unless it unequivocally agrees to compete against all countries' athletes.

Iran tests missile capable of reaching Israel
Iran has tested its new medium-range Shahab-3 ballistic missile, Iran's defense ministry said on Wednesday.

The Shahab-3, which Iran last successfully tested in 2002 before equipping its elite Revolutionary Guards with it in July 2003, is the Persian state's longest-range ballistic missile, with a range of 1,296 kilometers (about 810 miles).
