Directions and Incantations:
1. Light Altar Candles and Incense
2. Light Red Candle
"This candle burns as bright as the spirit and as strong as the love it seeks to project."
3. Light Black Candle
"This candle burns as does the darkness within and is bold in the secret it wishes to protect."
4. Place the herbs and dried flowers in the grinder and grind into a powder.
"As love exists betwixt lovers two

5. Visualize sealing the spirit and putting him/her at your disposal as you place the ground mix into the filter bag. 6. Tie the white thread around the top of the bag to seal it.
7. Place in lightproof container.
8. Seal with the sign of Ansur in wax.
9. Close circle. Extinguish candles. Give thanks.
