Mötley Crüe's Neil Sees Lawsuit Shot Down, Again:
Vince Neil will reportedly not be able to take his former
lawyer to court over what the singer sees as the mishandling
of his bankruptcy case. |
The Associated Press reports that a Los Angeles judge has
refused to reinstate the lawsuit that Neil had hoped to bring
against attorney Joseph Eisenberg. The Motley Crue
frontman reportedly charged that Eisenberg's counsel cost
him "a large amount of money in settlement." The singer was
reportedly claiming professional negligence and seeking
unspecified damages.
The case was derailed in May when 'Superior Court Judge
Alan Buckner dismissed the suit. Neil's attorney, David
Cordrey, reportedly went before the same judge in an effort
to revive the suit.
However, Buckner shot down the move telling Cordrey,
"This motion is utterly without merit," according to the AP.
