The Threat
Plot:
David has been made the seventh Animorph. And in the midst of that, the Yeerks are planning their largest, most devastating undertaking ever: infiltration (and infestation) of the meeting of all the world's most powerful leaders and dignitaries. And while David seems to be joining the fight with a vengence, he also takes unreasonable risks, almost as if he is jumping from one side to another. And in the end, it's a question of loyalty or betrayal . . .

This is very plot-driven like #20, but it's also very cool with the character
interaction with David and all. Plus there's a neat illusion thing going on at the world
leader's meeting which you absolutely have to read. Lots of action and suspense.
