character 'Duran Duran' in the 60s sci-fi classic Barbarella.
Milo's other films include Ulysses,
Romeo and Juliet, The Dream Team, Theatre of Blood, Loot, Hebrew Lesson, The
Playboys, The Verdict, Moon Glow, The Matchmaker, The Butcher Boy and
Opportunity knocks.
He has had a number of plays written
for him for UK television including Night School, The Moment of Milo and Me
Mammy.
Other television includes Peter Lundy
and the Medicine Hat Stallion, St. Elsewhere, The Golden Girls, Beauty and the
Beast, Cheers, Who's the Boss, The Commish, Spin City and Swing Vote.
Milo won a 'Best Actor in a Comedy
Series' Grammy Nomination for his 1996 appearance in Frasier.
Most recent Irish television
performance was in Socks Lives and Videotape.
He is
currently appearing on television as 'Milo' in Madigan Men.
Milo's theatre roles include
Staircase for which he received his first Tony Award nomination. His second Tony
nomination was for his Broadway performance in Mass Appeal which also earned him
a Drama League Award and the Outer Critics' Circle Award.
