If you would like to apply for the Career Preparation Program, do the following: 1) Make sure you meet the criteria as listed on the Career Prep. web page. 2) Click the web link below, and the application will open in Microsoft Word. 3) Tab through the application, then fill in the form by typing in the correct information. Print out the form. 4) Turn the form into Mrs. Sneed in A305.
