As a young boy Bryan Parr taught himself to play different instruments like the guitar, bass, keyboards and drums and began
to play these instruments in different churches and choirs all over the East coast. Bryan dedicated his life to music early
and spent most of his time creating and developing his skills hoping to make a space for himself in the music business. Bryan
studied music education for two years at West Chester University and then went on to play guitar and sing background for many
major acts like: The Delfonics, Blue Magic, Harold Melvin and The Blue Notes, The Intruders, The Manhattan's, Enchantment,
The Chi-Lites, Billy Pauls, Tony Terry, The Hawkins Family, Pattie Labell, Eddie Holman, the Stylistics and Ray, Goodman &
Brown. Bryan has toured the United States and the world including Singapore, Tokyo, Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Jamaica,
London, & South Africa to name a few.
Bryan Parr encompasses the modern sound of R & B combined with the outstanding musicianship normally reserved for jazz
musicians. Bryan Parr's talents are purely evident in his recordings. On "I'll Write Your Songs For You" Bryan recorded
every instrument including guitars, keyboards, drums, and of course all vocals. Talent like this has not been seen since the
infamous Prince released his first album.
