First Kiss: In P3, when Phoebe asked him to prove that they were more than just friends.

Overview: There was a huge attraction from the moment they met each other. They flirted until Cole kissed her, when he had to prove that they were more than firends. He had to keep making up excuses why he couldn't tell her about his family and past. After finding out he was a demon she faked vanquished him, so everyone would think he was dead, even her sisters. After he came back and proved he would anything for her, they stated to dating again. After he had a spell put on him and he killed a witch, Phoebe broke up with him. She then tried to save him, and broke the spell. She then had to agree to stay in the underworld with him and other demons, so time could be turn back and her sisters could live. They ended up geting out of hell and still have a relationship. Cole proposed to Phoebe but she said no, and it was at this time that cole became human. Phoebe swears she will never leave him, but she needs time before she can marry. Then while ghost inhabited their bodies Phoebe realized she wanted to marry him and answered yes to his question. They then were married by a dark priest so that thier future son will be evil like Cole. Phoebe then lost both her Cole and thier son after she vanquished Cole. After Cole somehow contacted Phoebe from the otherside he returned to the world of the living with a few new powers.
