Entrapment at Cannes

Entrapment was shown out of competition on 14 May at the Cannes Film Festival, which gave Catherine and Connery a perfect excuse to be there!
During the press conference, they were once again asked about their age-difference, to which Connery dead-panned, "It's a tough job, but someone has to do it." "And," he said, "she's a great kisser!" Catherine, dressed in a stunning pale-yellow sequined dress, was also quick to return the complement "On a scale of 1 to 10, he ranks an eleven-plus!"

Entrapment Premiere

The Entrapment premiere on 15 April was well attended by Hollywood types, not least the two co-stars - Catherine and Sean Connery!

This is what Hollywood.Com had to say about Catherine.
At the premiere, Zeta-Jones earned every spotlight of glamour. The Welsh beauty who stole hearts in "The Mask of Zorro" continues conquering Hollywood with her impeccable taste. Although she caused a sensation at the Oscars in sultry crimson, she opted for the more understated appeal of cream satin at the "Entrapment" premiere.

25th Annual ShoWest Awards

Theater owners honored the best and brightest stars of the business at the 25th annual ShoWest Awards on Tuesday, March 9 at Bally's Hotel. Catherine and Sean Connery stole the show, as Connery walked away with a Lifetime Achievement Award and Zeta-Jones received Supporting Actress of the Year.

Catherine accepted her award by praising her co-star.
"Just the honor of having the chance to not only meet him, and stand on the stage with him, but to work for 18 weeks so intimately with him, it really is something I shall never forget."

Sean Gets His Star!

Sean Connery joined generations of top movie stars on the sidewalks of the Mann's Chinese Theatre, with his own star! This tribute to his magnificent work on the silver screen came just days before the premiere of Entrapment, and was attended by his co-star, Catherine! ;)

VCR Alert!

    Stuff that you just HAVE to record!
  • HBO is showing the 'Making of Entrapment' on April 24!
  • Catherine will be on MTV's Total Request Live to promote the movie on 27 April. Total Request Live is an hour long MTV show that counts down the top 10 requested videos each weekday.
  • On the Same day - 27th - Entertainment Tonight will have the two stars of Entrapment, Sean Connery and Catherine Zeta-Jones, giving a tour of Britian(?).
  • According to Entertainment Weekly magazine, Catherine Zeta Jones is slated to appear on the Rosie O'Donnel show on Wednesday the 28th.
  • Jay Leno will have Catherine as a guest on the 29th April on the Tonight Show.
  • Catherine will also be appearing on CBS's "Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn" on April 30th, the same day that the movie is released.
