Ingredients

1000g   Chicken

500g Grated coconut

20g Turmeric powder

50g Fresh Turmeric (Dulao)

100g Sakurab(Shallot)

3g Chilli (labuyo)

50g Ginger

2 cupTap water

40g Sea salt

2g MSG(Optional)

Procedure:

  1. Pound the sakurab, chilli ,ginger, fresh,together with half of the salt to make paste. Pound also the fresh turmeric.And set aside in a separate bowl.

  2. Coat the chicken with turmeric powder and set aside

  3. Heat oil on a skillet and sauté the prepared sakurab paste until fragrance, Put in the chicken and the turmeric paste. Mix and cook until produces steam.

  4. Add water and let boil until reduced. Adjust the taste by adding the remaining salt and the MSG (optional)

Preparation time: 45 minutes

Yeilding: 8-10 serves
