Strawberries With Balsamic Vinegar
Ingredients
 | 350g strawberries |
| 1 cup brown sugar |
| 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
| Creme faiche to serve |
Method
| Combine strawbs and brown sugar, let stand for an hour |
| Add balsamic vinegar, stir, let stand for half an hour before serving |
| Serve with creme fraiche, and maybe laong side something chocolate, such as Guillaume's Chocolate Cake |
